This page is dedicated to helping people learn about the game’s mechanism, content, the community and the on-going events.
(1): Game Mechanism
When you enter the lobby, you have 3 choices:
Each button has its own function. For example:
The “Play Game” button sends you to the Human World.
The “Customize” button sends you to the wardrobe where you can customize your character, roll your magic and roll your race. The “Accessories” button is not available for now.
The “Shop” button sends you to the game’s shop, where you can buy different bonuses, such as the coins and buying x2 experience boosts.
Once you are in Human World, you will spawn in one of the two safe zones. While inside, you will not be able to use your magic and provoke damage to other players. In the city safe zone, also called Kaynes Village, you will find various NPCs (Non-Player-Characters) to interact with, and they will offer you a special quest.
It is marked, with a blue circle on the map, the location of your current quest that you have to go to. The hostile NPCs are those who don’t talk and receive damage from you if you attack them. Attack quests, such as the fire bandits one, asks you to kill a certain amount of fire bandits.
(2): Races and Magic
Once you are in the wardrobe, as a result of clicking on “Customize”, you will find a “Race & Magic” button. Click it to roll, or re-roll, your race or your magic. At the start of the game, you are offered 5 race spins and 5 magic spins. You can get more through obtaining candies or through codes. (3): Different Maps
Currently, there are two maps that you can travel to from the Human World. These are North and Baste.
The North map is an event map that celebrates Christmas. In there, you can speak to the Elves and the Santa in the safe zone for quests. Having completed the kill-50-elves quest, you will receive 15 candies. Eventually, the elves that you kill (outside the safe zone) drop candies that you can collect. You can use candies, in Human World, at the Santa Shop, to buy armors, weapons, race spins or magic spins. All these items from the Santa Shop are limited and will be removed once with the mega update.
(4): Community
If you are interested in joining the Deadly Sins Retribution community, then check out the discord and the ROBLOX group. Keep in mind that the discord is only for people over 13 years of age, as the COPPA law states.
(5): On-going event
The current event that is taking place is the Christmas event. During this limited event, you can access the Christmas magic, the Santa Shop, located in Human World, and the candy currency used for buying items from the mentioned shop.
Although the Halloween currency is still in the game, there is no longer any possibility to get Pumpkins or to get the Halloween items.
(6): Gamepasses
In the game web’s Store, you can buy gamepasses that grant you advantages in the game.
Currently, there are 5 gamepasses:
Daily Spins: This gamepass allows you to earn 2 race spins and 2 magic spins for each day you play the game. For example, if you play the game everyday for a week, you will get, in total, 14 race spins and 14 magic spins, 2 each day.
Custom Clothing: This gamepass allows you to equip your wished pants and shirt in the wardrobe.
Second Magic: This gamepass unlocks you the second slot of magic in the wardrobe. Thus, you will be able to choose moves, in-game, from two magics at the same time.
Istar Training: This gamepass unlocks a map to teleport to, for 45 minutes, each 12 hours: the Istar Training. It is located, currently, at the Boar Hat spawn point, and is the best way to level up.
Starter Pack: This gamepass is suited for those who wish to have an advantage in the early game. It offers 2 magic spins, 2 race spins, 20 000 in-game gold, Iron Armor and Hope’s Bronze Sword.
If you wish to support the game and the development, you can buy the Donation/Tip gamepass.
To reset the in-game stats, you can go to the “Base Stats” category, in-game, by pressing the M key, and you can use 25 ROBUX for it.
The in-game menu, opened/closed by pressing the M key, has:
- a “Base Stats” page that lets you view your current stats: Mana, Magic, Mode, Health, and Strength. Each level, you earn 2 stat points that you can use for either of the abovementioned stats.
- a “Race Skills” page that lets you view your race’s abilities. Each race has unique abilities.
- a “First Magic” page that lets you view your first magic’s abilities. Each ability can be equipped or unequipped by clicking on the corresponding move’s image.
- a “Second Magic” page that lets you view your second magic’s abilities. Each ability can be equipped or unequipped by clicking on the corresponding move’s image.
- a “Sins” page that is under development. Thus, it does not have any content and should be ignored for now.
- a “Weapon Skills” page that is under development. Thus, it does not have any content and should be ignored for now.
- an “Inventory” page where you can check, equip, unequip or destroy your weapons, armors, and items.
- a “Shop” page where you can buy different bonuses.
- Click to use Combat (Punch/Slash)
- Q + W/A/S/D to Dash in direction of the key (Mouse lock is recommended)
- R to Block
- Ctrl/Control to Run
- E to Equip Weapon from the waist
- F to Interact with objects/non-hostile NPCs
- M to Open Menu
